Cancellations All Bookings require the first night as a deposit. 7 days notice is required on all bookings for a refund on deposits less $15.00 for Administration Expenses. 30 days notice is required on cancellation for Xmas, Easter, Long Weekends, Melbourne Cup & School Holidays for a refund on deposits less $15.00 Administration Expenses. Cancellations less than 30 days from booking date , no refund unless the accommodation is rebooked to another client.
